Instalcom has developed a significant capability for the design and installation of both clean water and wastewater networks as well as the maintenance and rehabilitation of existing systems. Working closely with clients and designers we have created lean process for successfully delivering each contract within budget and ahead of programme.

A key to our success are our in house planning and scheduling teams and utilisation of innovative mobile workforce management tools that support the field force automate assignments and data collection such that we carry out planned, reactive and emergency works cost effectively.

Our teams are also “Ambassadors” when interfacing with third parties and customers and they understand the importance of providing them with the best experience of works that may have an impact on their normal routines. Third Party interface management plans are developed with clients to ensure a structured approach to managing relationships and all personnel undergo “ambassador training” and attend project inductions.

We are also able to effectively support our field activities with our major holding of plant and transport. In addition to provide a cost effective no dig solution wherever appropriate the company is the leading UK Directional Drilling Contractor. This provides a capability to install pipes up to 900mm diameter and for a distance of 4KM as well as being able to install minor services. Employing experienced engineers we are able to assure clients of accurate drills following site surveys and location of possible obstructions.
